We listed our condo for sale with Gerard and could not have been happier with the experience. Gerard is extremely knowledgeable and always had our best interests in mind. Gerard really impressed my wife and I during a Open House showing with his knowledge of the house and surrounding area. We really like how he let us explore the home first and then come to him for questions. Some realtors followed us from room to room defending each comment during the open houses. We contacted Gerard a week later and chose him show us all future homes on our list. Gerard was not only very helpful and accommodating with scheduling appointments he also really helped guide us through the closing. When the Septic failed Inspection instead of us walking away Gerard really helped calm us (mostly me) down and negotiate a new septic with the sellers. Also two weeks before close and our mortgage officer called and asked for more cash to close, Gerard really helped us see our options. We ended up negotiating a better mortgage with the same company and we couldn't of done that without Gerard's support. One last thing Gerard did was text me the security code during our move in when the alarm was going off and I couldn't find the note I had written it on. I almost looked like a fool in front of my In-Laws who were helping with the move in. My Wife and I have High Praise and We would recommend Gerard to all of our Friends and Family.
